The supervisor Nancy was really rude to me on the phone and could not help me with a simple request. Very unprofessional and State Farm really needs to hire better representatives for the company. To get laughed at and to have to clearly repeat what I need to get done multiple times is ridiculous, when it should have been stated that "SOME SYSTEM WAS DOWN" and that is almost every call. Nothing ever works and nothing is followed up with. The calls aren't recorded, so good luck trying to trust them to get what you need done. I have made multiple phone calls to find out no one at the office followed it, was charged full coverage when i put it down to liability. Now a simple set up for Auto Payment cannot be done.
I also received a follow up call from Brant Dietz and he started off with, "reason for me call today was because you just google blasted us". I WISH THIS WAS A JOKE....This is honest and I have not put anything on here that didn't happen. Luckily my phone line IS recording and I do not appreciate the call or the way that these people represent State Farm.
Thank you for the response. No one called me back. You have overcharged me for full coverage insurance when I called multiple times to put it down to minimum coverage and I am pulling my insurance from you from over 10 years. You are not a company that I can trust with my money my time and Iβm basically getting lied to.
